2. Place one palm on top of center tube with the other hand on blade arm. With downward pressure turn blade arm one full clockwise turn

It is very easy to set up and make circles with this cutter. This come with one exacto knife with snap off blades. For replacements just go to any hardware store and purchase another snap off blade knife of the same size to replace.
