The overall measurement of the frame is. 13" x 11" . There is not enough room at the bottom for the medallion holder.

hello, question in regards to 397w plaque.is it ready to hang? the frame holds an 8x10 photo and am I able to get 15 of them instead of a 2 cases? thank you!

This would hold a 10x8 horizontal photo. You cannot flip it to hold a vertical photo as it would look funny, not centered. It is ready to hang. If you want to order less than case quantities you can call the order in to customer service at 800-621-5584. There is a $10 less than minimum fee for breaking a case.
