Custom imprinting orders require a 100 piece minimum and can be placed via phone or e-mail with customer service. Advise us of the item number, imprint color, imprint location, and font type. For specific color requirements, please provide a PMS number. Die or setup charges are per color, per imprint location. Imprinting is per color, per imprint location. Lead time for imprinted orders is typically 5 business days from approval of the proof plus shipping time. Rush charges may apply on orders that are requested in less than 5 days or during peak times.

Software

Graphic computers our team uses are Windows-based PCs. All files must be a compatible format. The graphics team uses the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. For scanned images, the minimum resolution is 600 DPI. Artwork cannot be larger than 8 MB.

Accepted File Extensions

.eps, .tiff, .ai, .psd, .pdf, or .jpg.

Pad Print & Laser Engraved

Vector art with type/fonts converted to outlines or curves. All linked files must be embedded.

Full Color Printing

Full-color printing is available on select items. PMS color match is not guaranteed. 300 DPI vector artwork preferred. 

General Info

The quality of your artwork will determine the quality of the imprint. The factory cannot imprint halftones, screens, or shadows. We are not responsible for the receipt of electronic files. If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to verify your artwork has been accepted. Customer service must be notified of any revisions of artwork. The factory is not responsible for errors in handwritten copy.
