I love to use all

"I love to use all the DVD boxes that Neil offers. They add extra value to all my products. But I have real issues with the inconsistent quality of the products. At least 10% of the products in a case will have glue or flaws on the leatherette. When I am asking $100's of dollars for my product, I can't offer it in a case that looks used or flawed. I end up ordering more that I need and using the bad ones for demos, telling people they look this way because of so much handling. More quality control on the manufacturer's side could easily prevent this."
