AMAZING customer service

"I'm a theatre mom who was given a battered box with a button maker and tasked with making buttons to sell at our upcoming high school play. I needed parts, and after a lengthy trip down a Google rabbit hole, I found the wonderful folks at Neil Enterprises. My button maker has no brand name, no serial number, nothing to identify it, but it looked like all the pics of button makers on the Neil Enterprises website. I ordered a batch of parts that turned out to be the wrong size, so in a panic, I ordered another batch of parts and sent an email to customer service asking if I could return the first set I ordered. The response I received was a lesson in How To Treat Your Customers So They ALWAYS Come Back. I sent pics of my machine (so they could confirm it was indeed Neil Enterprises), and before they would just send that next batch of supplies, they worked with me through countless back and forth emails to make sure what I was ordering would work. They found a template page in their corporate wayback machine to help me size up what equipment I had. Once we felt we knew with confidence which set of supplies I needed, they shipped them that same day. I printed out our email exchange to put in the box for the next Theatre Mom who gets this task. And you can bet I'll make a note "Do not bother trying to source materials elsewhere. These folks at Neil Enterprises got your back! (And by the way, you'll need 3" supplies . . .)""

Really top notch customer service

"Really top notch customer service a d the delivery was super speedy. I will say that even though I bought the right pins for the right machine, you still have to fiddle a little with the mylar to make sure it gets crimped properly, but once I got the handle on it it was fine. I'd take half a star off for that but since that's not an option I still feel it merits a five star review"
