Why is shipping so expensive? 

Shipping is based on your geographic location and the weight of what you are ordering. Since our products are sold by the case, they tend to be heavier than what you would expect.

I just placed my order, when will it ship?

If you place your order Monday - Friday and the item is in stock, it will ship within 24 hours. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

What are your hours?

Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

I need my order to ship today. Is that possible?

Yes! If the item is in stock and your order is placed by 3:00 pm CENTRAL TIME we are able to ship it the same day.

I want to order from you, but I don't need an entire case.

That's okay! If you're looking to buy less than a full case you can still order from us. Orders for less than full cases cannot be placed online, they can only be ordered over the phone. Just call 1-800-621-5584 and ask for customer service. A $10 charge will be added to your order for breaking a case.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes we ship all over the world! Actually, our international customers get special pricing on all items and a custom shipping quote. For more information please fill out the form on the 'Contact Us' page.

Do you price match?

Yes! We will match prices on about 90% of our products (there are some exclusions). Just call customer service and let them know where you found the lower price. The customer service agent MUST be able to see the lower price for verification. We can also match reasonable shipping prices. It is up to the customer service agent to determine what is considered a reasonable shipping price, we will not match offers on free shipping.

Do you offer large quantity discounts?

Yes! If you're looking to order 1,000 pieces or more of an item then you qualify for a large quantity discount. Please customer service at 1-800-621-5584 or e-mail Just mention the item number of the product and how many you'd like to order.

What is your return policy?

The return policy is as follows: All returns must be pre-approved and have a return authorization number to receive proper merchandise credit. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in new condition. Only full cases are accepted for approved returns. Seasonal merchandise and film are non returnable.
