Quality Product with a Flaw

"We purchased a 3" button machine from Neil Enterprises several years ago, and it is still going strong. This year, we decided to purchase a 1" button machine as well, and we ordered 1000 pinback parts for it. The quality is equal to what we have come to expect, but about half of the pins are flawed. Once the button is made, you cannot unpin the buttons. And for the rest, it is VERY hard to unpin the buttons."
