"I looked around everywhere for a good quality 18mm circle punch for paper and photos. This punch is the basically the best hand held punch you are going to find anywhere on the internet. I know because I looked everywhere. The few other punches in the 18mm size are all made of cheap plastic that breaks easily and has rough edges on your cuts. This punch is on a whole other level. It's built tough but also makes very clean precise cuts. It has a view window that's easy to use. If you are looking for an 18mm punch this thing is great. Its exactly what I was looking for."
